# Sign up

> Create a Pushctl account and start your personal team.

Create an account with your name, email address, and a password. Pushctl also creates a personal team for your applications.

  <Step title="Enter your details">Enter your full name, email address, password, and password confirmation.</Step>
  <Step title="Create the account">Select **Create account** and check your inbox for the verification email.</Step>
  <Step title="Verify your email">Open the link before using protected dashboard features.</Step>

  If you followed a team invitation, keep its invitation link open while you register. Pushctl shows the pending invitation during registration and lets you accept it after authentication.

  The registration form shows the current password requirements from Pushctl. In production, use at least 10 characters with upper- and lowercase letters and a symbol. Compromised passwords are rejected.
