Delivery results

Interpret notification status, aggregate lifecycle counts, and per-installation errors.

Open Notifications to search by title or body and filter by status. Select a notification for aggregate metrics and per-installation deliveries.

Notification status

Status	Meaning
Queued	The notification is waiting for fanout
Processing	Pushctl is creating or sending deliveries
Completed	Processing reached a successful terminal result
Partial	Some deliveries succeeded and others failed or were skipped
Failed	Processing could not deliver the notification

Metrics

Target installations

Eligible device installations found during fanout.

Accepted

APNs or FCM accepted the request.

Received

The client SDK observed receipt.

Displayed

The SDK observed display.

Opened

The user opened the push.

Failed or skipped

The provider rejected delivery, or the installation was ineligible.

Metrics can continue to change after provider delivery as devices report lifecycle events. Queued and processing pages refresh automatically.

Use the delivery table to correlate an external user, installation ID, provider, attempt count, and provider error. Open the corresponding installation to see its device metadata and recent history.
