The dashboard sends immediately to up to 500 external user IDs. Each eligible installation for those users becomes a separate delivery.

Choose recipients

Open Notifications → Send notification and add one or more external user IDs.

Compose the payload

Provide a title, body, or JSON data object. At least one must be present.

Add behavior

Optionally add an HTTPS image URL and an action URL such as myapp://orders/123.

Review advanced options

Set priority, TTL, collapse ID, sound, badge, Android channel ID, or iOS category only when your app handles them.

Queue the notification

Select Queue notification. Fanout starts after validation.

Advanced options

The lifetime in seconds, from 0 through 2419200 (28 days).
Use High for time-sensitive user-visible notifications. Use Normal for routine delivery.
Replaces an older pending message with the same identifier where the provider supports collapse behavior. Maximum 64 characters.
Leave title and body empty and provide a JSON data object. OS background-delivery rules still apply.
The application must be active. A provider credential and an eligible registered installation are also required for delivery.
